Welcome to Witham Woodfired we are a small family run business that specialises in smaller intimate gatherings of up to 80-90. We decided early in that was going to be our niche for a number of reasons.
Firstly it’s what we’re good at we can ensure that everything we serve is of the highest quality and not rushed or compromised in any way.
Secondly we enjoy the smaller events you feel more like part of the crowd rather than just “The Caterer” and lastly a lot of the more established bigger outfits don’t want to quote for these types of events as they simply can’t earn enough from them.

So what makes us different to the 100’s of other Pizza vendors out there apart from the above?
As I said we are a family affair with me Paul, my wife Kerry, our kids also help out when they are home. Molly is British Airways cabin crew and George followed in my footsteps and is a member of the Royal Air Force ceremonial display team the KCS (King’s Colour Squadron).
Then we have Kerry’s best friend Catherine.
What Makes Us Different?
We are a very proud military family, George is the 5th generation to serve King and Country, as I said I’m also an RAF veteran where I served 10 years in the Military Police (Snowdrop) and because of our links to the military we offer enhanced deals for any and all serving or veterans of our armed services or emergency services.
Please make us aware when you get in touch and we can discuss pricing, now that’s not to say we are expensive to everyone else on the contrary as we only quote for the smaller events and we only do this part time we are not under the same pressure to make a huge profit in short please give us a try and I am sure you won’t be disappointed.
